Look for Less: Gianvito Rossi Vires Open-toe Booties

If you have followed me for a while, you know I’m a shoe connoisseur. I typically buy a pair of shoes I like first and figure out items I can mix and match to create outfits around the shoes. I have really been feeling the open-toe booties lately, but I’m not into breaking the bank on pieces I feel are more trendy.

When I came across the Vires Knit Open-toe Bootie from Gianvito Rossi, I knew I had to have them. Well, that is until I saw that $1,095 price tag. I forgot about them until I saw similar styles from both Steve Madden and Charles David. Those styles had prices I could rock with. I think both styles are a pretty good match to the Gianvito Rossi version.

Here a few ways you can rock this cute style.

I love this olive green bootie from Steve Madden. Here I paired them with a floral blazer, a plain white tee, and distressed jeans. This would perfect for the entrepreneur whose meeting with client. Show them that polished, yet eclectic style.

I have these Charles David black open-toe booties and I absolutely love them. In this look I paired them with a fur vest, a simple black long-sleeved tee, and black distressed jeans. This look would be perfect for a night on the town.
